How do I track my bike shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most full-size bikes are shipped via specialized freight or ground carriers to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy for components and gear?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bikes that have been assembled or ridden are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we partner with specialized providers like Affirm to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to ride now and pay over time.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page includes a specific size chart based on rider height. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
What happens if my bike arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice significant damage to the box or the bike, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos so we can initiate a claim and send replacement parts or a replacement unit.
