At City Grounds, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in new and unused condition. Please note that bicycles must be professionally packed to qualify for a full refund and avoid restocking fees.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack your gear in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components are protected.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
